Tired of going to large expos or conferences and having no traffic at your sponsor table? Or having no real leads? LDA events are sized perfectly to benefit both the sponsor and the dentist. Dentists aren’t overwhelmed with their classroom size and sponsors aren’t underwhelmed with the attendance numbers. The best part of all, the dentists at our events are a captive audience to all sponsors and truly excited to talk with you! What more can you ask for? Well, don’t worry, we have more! There are so many benefits to sponsoring LDA events but here are a few ways we advertise our events with your company name before you even get to the venue!
- Advertising on the LDA website (your website will be linked to ours via the event page)
- Advertising in event brochures (sent to members and nonmembers)
- Advertising on the AGD PACE Academy website (over 2,000 members)
- Advertising in email blasts
- Listing in the LDA Journal (2,000 subscribers) where the event you are sponsoring is listed. When you arrive at our events, you will be greeted by an LDA staff member who can assist you with any minor details you might have forgotten. You will also receive the following:
- Informational packets that will detail your sponsor benefits, tell you where to go, what to do when, etc.
- Signage with your company logo inside the meeting space

Why Sponsor or Exhibit at LDA Events?
Becoming an exhibitor or event sponsor will give you the opportunity to promote your product or service to an enthusiastic audience of dental professionals. LDA events are well-promoted to all 1,800-plus members, and your sponsorship means that your products or services will be highly visible in LDA publications, in brochures and notices sent to our members, on our website and in programs and signage. Most of all, you will reap the continuing benefit of customer loyalty from LDA members who recognize your company name and appreciate your support.

If you are ready to become an LDA event sponsor or exhibitor, call or e-mail our office or download a sponsorship form from this website, indicate your preferences and return it to the LDA office. The earlier you reserve your spot, the more publicity you will receive! We will begin listing your company’s name in publications and on the website as soon as you sign up!
All sponsorships include recognition on signage at the event, in the meeting program, in meeting announcements, and before and after meeting coverage on the LDA website and in the LDA Journal and the Louisiana Dental News newsletter.
Some sponsorships include additional benefits as noted. Sponsorships are non-exclusive for the specific event (e.g., breakfast on day one of the Annual Session) except where noted by the designation "excl."
Also included in our brochure are opportunities for partnerships, bundling and co-branding arrangements for supporting LDA activities and promoting your organization year around.
