Continuing Education (C.E.) courses are listed on the LDA calendar of events.  Primarily for the benefit of our members, the LDA will post meetings sponsored by Louisiana-based dental organizations or meetings located in Louisiana, even if they are sponsored by a national dental organization. If you are a sponsoring organization interested in submitting a course listing for review and listing on our online calendar and in the LDA Journal, click here to print out the PDF version of our course form. You can also download a word version of this form that can be saved to your computer and e-mailed to the LDA. 

Please note: all the information requested on the form must be included. Course listings may also be published in the LDA Journal depending on publication schedule. Please refer to the LA State Board of Dentistry's requirements for continuing education courses with questions about course requirements.
