• Refund requests for registration will be granted a full refund, less a $15 processing fee. The request must be received on or before each meeting's early registration date.

Cancellation Requests between Early Registration Deadline and the day before your meeting begins (1/21/22-2/22/22)
• Refund requests for registration fees will be granted a 50% refund less a $15 processing fee. The request must be received no later than 4 p.m. on the day before your meeting begins.

No cancellation requests or refund requests will be accepted or granted after the scheduled start to any meeting. This includes cancellations due to illness, late arrivals, weather, parking difficulties or any other reasons.
No refunds offered for the private dessert reception after January 22, 2022. No exceptions.

My Disney Experience & Online Check-In Service
There is a My Disney Experience tab on the Disneyworld.com website. Once you register online, there are a multitude of tools available that will really enhance your trip. You can also download the mobile app “My Disney Experience” to access your plans and park information on the go. You may also use the My Disney Experience site to participate in the Online Check-In Service. You may shorten your check in process by logging into https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/ within 60 days of your arrival date. When you arrive at your hotel, you will simply need to show a photo Id at the designated online check-in area.

Course Title: Dental Photography & a Novel Approach to Digital Shade Matching
Dental photography is essential to communicate effectively with both the patient and the dental technician. We will cover the basics of dental photography for both diagnostics and shade matching. A new technique for digital shade matching, eLAB, will also be covered. This system uses calibrated polarized images to provide quantitative values of shade and the ability to do a digital try in.
- Introduce basic camera settings for dental photography

Charlie Ward graduated from University of Maryland Dental School in 2008. He is a member of the visiting faculty of The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. He practices restorative dentistry in Baltimore, MD with his partner Dr. Devon Conklin and his wife and periodontist Dr. Melody Ward. They have two boys, Cyrus and Lucas. He and his technician, Joshua Polansky, MDT, were early adopters of the eLAB digital shade matching system.

Dr. Turgeau completed his dental training at LSU School of Dentistry in 2005. He completed his residency in orthodontics at Jacksonville University in 2007. He currently practices in three locations: Hammond, La, McComb, MS, and Natchez, MS. He lives in Ponchatoula with his wife Brenda and their six kids.
