Meritain Health, the Third Party Administrator for Crescent Dental, has announced that claims payable under this program can now be filed electronically, effective May 14, 2007. To accomplish this, it will be necessary for your office to contact Meritain Health though the customer service number at 1-800-548-2044 to acquire the necessary provider information and code to allow for the proper routing and processing of your claim.
