BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT:
Also located at the registration desk will be sign-in sheets for the beach volleyball tournament, which will be Friday, July 27, at 3 p.m. This is a co-ed tournament of teams of five to six players, at least two of whom must be female or under 13 years of age. Participants are restricted to conference registrants and their family, friends and staff. Players will be able to sign up as teams or as individuals (and we’ll make teams of the individuals who would like to play.)

The following are the discounted rates you should receive by reserving your condo at Tops'l as an LDA conference attendee: 

Call 1-800-380-4808 (and don’t forget to mention you are a member of the LDA group) to make your reservations at Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort! Deadline to book accommodations to ensure the special group rates at Tops’l is June 24, 2012. Check-in is between 4 and 5 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m.

The above mentioned rates are subject to an additional 7% sales tax, 4% occupancy tax, 5% reservations fee or a flat fee of $20.00 (whichever is greater of the two), and a one time clean fee based on the following: Studio-3-4 nights, $65; 5-7 nights, $80; Two Bedroom-3-4 nights, $95; 5-7 nights, $115; Three Bedroom-3-4 nights, $110; and 5-7 nights, $130. Rates are applicable 3 days prior and 3 days after the group block.

NOTE: In trying to accommodate a request from ResortQuest, the choice of words used in the printed brochure for the Louisiana Dental Association’s Summer Education Conference inadvertently leaves the impression that the rental rates for accommodations at Tops’l that were published in the conference brochure were all inclusive of taxes and all fees. Actually, AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS, the taxes and all fees are charged IN ADDITION TO the rental charges. Information posted here on the LDA website has been updated. The LDA apologizes for this error. We strive to work with resorts and booking agencies to get the best possible rates for our members, while meeting all space and seminar room requirements. To that end, ResortQuest has offered LDA members attending the Summer Conference even lower condo rates than last year!
