The LDA publishes a quarterly periodical, Journal of the Louisiana Dental Association, as a print publication with online access for LDA members. Advertising in the journal can reach nearly 1,900 dentists and subscribers to drive targeted traffic to your website, increase brand awareness, and promote events. Orders are accepted in US currency throughout the year and are active for 12 months after payment is received. Claims are accepted up to 90 days from mail date. Claims are accepted in writing only. No phone calls. Cancellations are accepted anytime during the subscription period. However, no refund is given on canceled orders.
The editorial board of The Journal of the Louisiana Dental Association makes every effort to assure customers receive the issues for which they have paid. However, if a claim is made for a missing issue, and the publisher has no copies in stock, we will be happy to extend the subscription by the number of issues missed. No refund can be given.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Ads: Full refund on cancellations received before the closing date; Credit (less 20%) issued for cancellations received after closing date. Subscriptions: balance of canceled subscription will be refunded; cancellations received within 45 days of issue publication date become effective following the delivery of that issue.
