Dentists' Day at the Legislature

The entire dental team is invited to attend Dentists' Day at the Legislature. Dentists' Day is a grassroots event celebrating the dental profession that offers dentists the opportunity to meet their lawmakers. After visiting with your legislators, don't forget to enjoy the reception, with food, music, and fun!

Schedule of Events
| 2 PM | Briefings at State Library of Louisiana (Walking distance from the Capitol) 701 N 4th St. Baton Rouge, LA 70802 |
| 4:30 PM | Visit House and Senate chambers and leave notes for legislators |
| 5:30 PM or upon adjournment | Reception for dentists, guests, and legislators at Pentagon Barracks |

Parking
Parking can be validated for attendees parking in:
LaSalle Parking Garage
521 North 3rd Street, and 227 Main Street
Baton Rouge, LA 70802
Those parking in LaSalle will need to can scan the QR code at the front desk of the library and enter their license plate number to validate.
Attendees will need to validate their parking within 30 minutes of arriving at the parking garage to avoid citation. Capitol staff cannot validate for any other parking garage and we cannot guarantee waiving of citations for parking validated later than 30 minutes from the time attendees park.
